Simon Clift
With a career developed in Unilever, Simon was General Manager in Brazil, Personal Care Global President and Global Chief Marketing Officer.
During his global leadership, iconic brand positioning such as Dove/Real Beauty, Omo/Dirtis Good, Flora/Becel and Axe/Lynx have become global benchmarks in the FMCG industry.
The Brand Key (tool for brand positioning), ABC (tool for communication evaluation), CCP (tool for media planning) and Marketing Academy (marketing capability programme) were also developed under Simon’s leadership.
As Touch founding partner, Simon is the lead advisor for global projects such as Metro, El Corte Ingles, Casino, R&B and Natura, being the key champion and gatekeeper.

With a thorough professional background in marketing and branding, Erik was Marketing Director in Unilever in Brazil/ Latin America and Innovation Leaderin Natura.
He co-leads Touch São Paulo’s office, where he led repositioning projects of brand’s such as Avon, Ruffles, Natura International and Havaianas.

Ricardo Sapiro
Ricardo has a vast experience in marketing and branding. His professional background involves J&J and Unilever, where he had roles of developing regional (LatinAmerica) and global brands.
At Touch he co-leads the São Paulo office, and led repositioning projects of brands such as Tylenol Latam, Magic Development Group, El Corte Inglés as well as several industry associations in Brazil.
